Research & Development are the lifeblood of Libwil Technology. Whether it be someone in the organisation seeing ‘a better way of doing something’ or a request from a client or organisation along the lines of “would it be possible to…”, the team is constantly generating new ideas or solving engineering challenges.

On site, highly skilled engineers take the ideas and develop them. Experienced workshop staff machine and build them, and the engineering team test them. Prototypes are delivered to the marketplace and the honing begins.

The underlying philosophy is that there is always a better way of doing things and delivering weight, space or cost efficiencies
